June 2010 - More Code for Sustainable Homes Certificates achieved.

January 2010 - Transfer to a limited liability partnership, Randall Simmonds LLP.

November 2009 - Handover of  73 apartments at Whitelake Place for Sanctuary Shaftsbury .

September 2009 - A new Visitors Centre at Castle Drogo  for the National Trust.

June 2009 - Following an extensive restoration Greenway House has been unveiled to the public for the first time.
