Flowchart: Process: Practice Profile The practice of Randall and Simmonds was established in 1980 and this year celebrated it's 25 years anniversary. The Partnership was created by John Randall FRICS and Roy Simmonds FRICS and currently has two associates, John Margetts MRICS and Paul Yandall BSc MRICS. In 2001 the practice expanded to Truro, the office which is run by Mark Weake who previously was with Kerrier Homes. In 2004 the practice realised the need to embrace EcoHomes and Linda Randall is our EcoHomes assessor and adviser.  

 
Flowchart: Process: Practice News The Practice has opened a larger office in Truro which will serve our clients in Cornwall. Randall and Simmonds rated 16th nationally, in Building Magazine's Top Quantity Surveyors league table in July and August 2005. £60000 house built in the South West through ASW consortium.
