We understand the economics of construction, and are fully aware of the standards that need to be achieved for durable, effective high quality buildings, as well as current trends in both design and modern methods of construction.  With our ability to model and to benchmark schemes we can provide an early informed view on the correct balance of quality against cost to achieve your goals.

Underpinning our services, is a database of all the schemes that we have worked on, this captures key data and project costs, which allows us to quickly advise on budgets and design options, by benchmarking these against comparable schemes. We also actively market test new ideas and product innovations in conjunction with our sustainability team.
