Heritage based projects have included putting new life back into important buildings with the:-

• Conversion of Stella Maris Convent into elderly person accommodation

• Conversion of St. Dunstans Abbey into elderly person accommodation with extension for Chinese elderly.

• Conversion of listed warehouse in Stonehouse, Plymouth as part of a regeneration and a new build project of 50 cluster flats for young people aged between 16 and 25. Incorporating a thriving new media centre and a large training & employment suite for residents and the local community

• Barn Conversion projects into private dwellings and office accommodation throughout the South West
