Refurbishment of Historic Buildings
Randall Simmonds LLP are acting for Cornerstone Housing managing the comprehensive refurbishment of these Grade 2 Listed Buildings in Exeter.
The works to the 44nr properties being undertaken by Cornerstone’s Direct Labour Force which commenced in 2012, include modernising the houses, tackling the dry rot and building new extensions, over a phased 5 year programme and a total cost of £4M. The works to the first 4 properties were completed in Spring 2014.
