Scheme - 40 apartments in an Extra Care Scheme for Frail Elderly in
Plymouth for Devon & Cornwall Housing Association, completed in
February 2011
Shillhay Hostel, Exeter
- A
new homeless persons hostel in Smithen Street which replaced housing in
the Cathedral Yard, Exeter
SeeAbility Scheme, Exeter - An
innovative partnership involving Devon County Council, SeeAbility,
Signpost Care Partnerships and The Housing Corporation provided a mix of
properties designed specifically for those with a visual impairment.
Frail Elderly Units, Plymouth - a
scheme of 30 apartments in an Extra Care Scheme for Frail Elderly for
Signpost Housing Association completed in 2007. Subsequent phases have
included community, workshops and affordable housing
Retirement Homes / Sheltered Housing
- various schemes including an extension for Abbeyfield Tavistock
Society Ltd, which is currently nearing completion.
