consultants’ and the contractual obligations;

Preparing and then monitoring against an agreed Project Programme;

Chairing and recording meetings; Reporting to the Client on progress and making a
recommendations;

Manage the compliance with design standards and assessment criteria.

Advice on selection of the optimum procurement and contracting strategy

Preparing the tender and contract documentation;

Negotiating or obtaining competitive tenders,
based on the Design Brief;

Reviewing the design Proposals to ensure
they are complete and consistent with the Brief.
