Randall and Simmonds are actively engaged on a scheme which aims to help regenerate the Cattedown area of Plymouth.  As
Employer's Agents for Signpost Housing we are working with the Contractor to build a high-profile Extra Care Scheme for the Frail
Elderly.  The accommodation comprises of 30 flats, some are one bedroom and others two bedroom flats.  Other areas are also to be provided or communal activities including a communal dinning area, garden room and gardens.

The site is located very close to the centre of Plymouth affording easy access to shopping facilities in the centre and also to the historic Barbican.

The building design has achieved pre-assessment EcoHomes rating of 'Good'.  Construction is due to commence and further updates will be provided.
