Randall and Simmonds have been instructed on a wide range of Eccelastical projects.

National Trust – working on schemes at Arlington, Castle  Drogo, Rotunda Exmouth and Lydford Gorge. All works were closely monitored by and to the satisfaction of English Heritage.

Churches. New Church at St. Boniface, extensions to St. Pauls Church, Newton Abbot, Watcombe Baptist Church, Narthex conversions in Churches.

To maximise the use of the church Community space was built into the Church on one or two floors. The largest  was Holy Trinity, Exmouth, St. Gregory, Dawlish and St. Michaels, Teignmouth.

 Conversion of redundant Church into alternative use.  Newton Abbot Congregational Church was converted into offices for a Solicitor.
