Affordable Housing - we have acted for over 30 Housing Associations in the last ten years, producing awarding winning affordable housing developments and diverse schemes such as sheltered and supported units, student and key worker accommodation, mixed use, plus employment and training facilities.

Civic - we work with Local Authorities across our regions on projects which range from civil engineering and landscaping works, to new civic office developments and refurbishments.

Conservation - some of our most high profile projects have been the restoration and renovation of our building heritage for churches, historic buildings and in particular the National Trust.

Education - our experience ranges from the construction of entire new schools, to refurbishments and new build classrooms and sport facilities.

Health - over the last two decades we have completed over 40 projects for Hospitals and Healthcare Trusts, these include refurbishment to wards, new builds health facilities, surgeries and alterations and adaptations of existing units.

Hotels - across the South West we have advised on refurbishment and extensions to many of the regions well known Hotels.

Industrial - within our team have a strong experience of the delivery of industrial projects which range from small industrial units to major regional distribution centres

Regeneration - regeneration of deprived areas has been a key theme of many of major projects in urban areas, but also in more rural communities, creating both work and learning opportunities and improving social cohesion.
