16 new rented homes in Woolavington for SHAL Housing.
The 12 family homes and 4 apartments in a rural village location in Somerset were completed in 2013 to Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 by the main contractor Mi-space. During the build the over-head power cables were diverted and slow-worms removed. Randall Simmonds LLP were the Employer’s Agent for SHAL Housing. A selection of images is below:
